Fans of water sports can visit My Khe Beach. It is the closest beach to the city center and a world-renowned favorite for surfing, snorkeling, and jet-skiing. Meanwhile, those who prefer some privacy can hop on a motorbike to the untouched Tien Sa Beach on the north side of the Son Tra Peninsula. Con Dao is in the Southeast region. CNN commented that this is an archipelago favored by many tourists because of the colorful coral reefs, diving sites, and clean beaches. At the same time, the US newspaper also voted this land among the top 30 most beautiful destinations in Vietnam in February this year.

Whilst not technically a beach, kayaking across tranquil waters and swimming amidst twinkles of phosphorescent plankton are both possible in spectacular Ha Long Bay. From November to March there can be chilly days of drizzly weather when the splendor and romance of the bay are harder to appreciate, but the gorgeous caves and beautiful scenery make up for this in the summer months.
